How It Works
Three steps to a connected trip.
01
Choose & order
Pick a plan. Add your arrival details at checkout.
02
Get your eSIM
Your QR code and instructions arrive by email 24 hours before arrival.
03
Install & connect
First connect to strong, stable Wi-Fi—not a mobile hotspot. Then follow your eSIM setup instructions.
eSIM installation guide
Before you start: connect to a strong, stable Wi-Fi network. Do not use a mobile hotspot. Keep Wi-Fi connected throughout installation.
- Wait for your separate eSIM delivery email. Your receipt is not your eSIM.
- On iPhone: Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. On Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM → Scan QR code.
- Open your QR code on another device, or use the manual installation details if supplied. Follow the prompts and label the line SIM FOR YOU.
- Follow the activation timing and mobile-data settings in your delivery email. Do not delete the eSIM profile while you still need it.

Check eSIM phone compatibility
Quick dialler check
- Open your phone’s dialler and enter *#06#.
- Look for an EID. An IMEI alone does not confirm eSIM support.
- Confirm your phone is carrier-unlocked using the checks below.
If the dialler does not show an EID, check phone settings or ask the manufacturer; this shortcut varies by device.
Check these two things before ordering:
- eSIM support. Look for an “Add eSIM” option in your phone settings.
- Carrier unlock. Your phone must accept another provider’s SIM. Ask your current carrier if unsure.
iPhone
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM.
Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock should show “No SIM restrictions”.
Apple eSIM guide ↗An EID in your device information is a useful sign of eSIM hardware. It does not confirm carrier unlock or plan compatibility. Menus and support vary by model and region.
Not sure? Email us your phone model. No IMEI or EID number needed.
