Your eSIM order

SIM FOR YOU provides digital eSIM plans. Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Review the plan details before ordering. Canada plans work in Canada only; USA calling is from Canada and does not include roaming in the USA.

Arrival details & delivery

Enter an accessible email address, arrival date, local arrival time, destination time zone and airport or city at checkout. Your eSIM and installation instructions are sent by email 24 hours before scheduled arrival. Your order confirmation is a receipt, not your eSIM. There is no physical shipment.

Arrival must be more than 24 hours away to order online. Contact support before ordering for a closer arrival. Tell us promptly if your travel plans change.

Cancellations & refunds

A 100% refund is available for an unactivated eSIM when your cancellation request reaches us at least 72 hours before scheduled arrival. No refunds are available within 72 hours of arrival or after activation. Orders placed within 72 hours of arrival are final sale. There are no emergency exceptions.
